For the comfort of the Royal Garden inhabitants, there are 90 parking spaces and 21 garages on the basement level, which is reached by car ramp. Indoor passage is designed into the two residential buildings. There are 7 parking spaces for people with disabilities nearby. On the ground floor are positioned 36 single and double garages for a total of 56 cars with adjoining service rooms. Electric parking lots are also designed. For bicycle lovers bicycle stands are located on the ground floor.
The Royal Garden has a beautiful and extensive garden. The designed geoplastics, in addition to having decorative functions, allows for the cultivation of different types of plants, making the green areas colourful and varied. The plant deciduous and coniferous species in it are specially selected to provide freshness throughout the year. The emphasis in the garden are the designed single standing Japanese sour cherries. The feeling of life in nature is also created by the designed recreation areas. For the peaceful childhood of the smallest inhabitants of the Royal Garden there are dedicated corners and colourful playgrounds.
Royal Garden is a closed-type project. For the peace and security of its residents it has 24-hour controlled access and video surveillance. Access control for residential entrances is provided by a video intercom system. Access to the underground garage is through a door at the low end of the ramps.
